Iroko Solid Wood Panels

Iroko full stave panels are made from Milicia excelsa, a wood species appreciated for its dimensional stability, good natural durability and versatile use in protected indoor and outdoor environments.

We produce solid wood panels by gluing together selected full-length staves of variable width, in order to obtain solid wood full stave panels with continuous grain and a natural aesthetic result. This configuration makes it possible to create a stable, resistant full stave panel suitable for high-quality workmanship.

Low shrinkage is one of the main advantages of this wood species, contributing to good long-term stability. Its medium hardness and medium to high flexibility make these solid wood panels suitable for furniture, light structures, worktops and components subject to limited dimensional variations.

Good natural durability, combined with careful control of the production process and moisture content, allows us to obtain workable, stable solid wood full stave panels compatible with CNC machining and ready for customised finishes.
