We produce solid wood panels in white beech made from Fagus sylvatica L., intended for the production of stairs and high-precision structural components. Raw beech is a wood species appreciated for its compact structure and high mechanical performance, making it ideal for technical and structural applications.
Our solid wood full stave panels are made by gluing together full-length staves of variable width, carefully selected to ensure colour uniformity, continuity of grain and a natural aesthetic result. This configuration makes it possible to obtain an elegant and high-performing full stave panel, suitable for quality workmanship.
The high hardness and excellent impact resistance make solid wood panels in raw beech particularly suitable for the production of treads, risers and load-bearing stair components, even when subject to repeated stress.
Despite the high shrinkage and internal tension typical of this wood species, our production process and moisture control allow us to obtain stable, reliable and workable solid wood full stave panels, also suitable for CNC machining and customised finishes.
