Three-Layer Ash Panels

Our 3-ply ash solid wood panels are made from Fraxinus excelsior L., a wood species selected for its good mechanical performance, dimensional stability and excellent reliability during processing.

The three-layer laminated structure, with longitudinal grain on the outer layers and cross-oriented grain on the inner layer, ensures excellent panel stability, reducing deformation, warping and internal tensions even on large surfaces.

Ash is characterized by a coarse texture and a fairly straight, regular grain, ensuring precise and consistent machining.

Its remarkable impact resistance, combined with medium hardness and fair flexibility, makes three-layer ash panels particularly suitable for the production of high-quality furniture, cabinet doors, lightweight structural components and interior elements subject to dynamic stress.

The controlled moisture content, 8% ± 2%, and bonding in compliance with UNI EN 204 D3 ensure excellent long-term stability, CNC workability and a homogeneous surface, ready for custom finishes.

Advantages of our panels

Dimensional
stability

Glued laminated structure made with carefully dried, selected and planed staves to ensure maximum stability for their intended use.

Ready
to use

the material is supplied calibrated and cut to size, ready to be used directly in production machinery for milling operations, or ideal for direct finishing with oil, lacquer or paint.

Cost
certainty

Dimensions and quantities are adapted to the customer’s needs, minimising waste and allowing accurate calculation of material costs and processing times.

Reliable
packaging

Each panel is individually shrink-wrapped to prevent damage and deformation caused by humidity variations.
