White Beech Stair Panels

We produce white beech wood panels (Fagus sylvatica L.) designed for the manufacture of stairs and high-precision structural components. Beech is a wood species highly valued in the sector for its excellent mechanical performance and compact structure, making it ideal for technical applications.

The material features a very fine texture and grain that is not always straight, with an average density of 730 kg/m³. From a structural point of view, it provides:

  • Axial compressive strength of 61 MPa
  • Bending strength of 118 MPa
  • Modulus of elasticity of 14,700 MPa

The high hardness and excellent impact resistance make our raw beech panels suitable for the production of treads, risers and load-bearing stair components, even under repeated stress.

Despite the high shrinkage and internal tension typical of this wood species, our production process and moisture control allow us to obtain stable and workable panels, also suitable for CNC machining and custom finishes.

Advantages of our panels

Dimensional
stability

Glued laminated structure made with carefully dried, selected and planed staves to ensure maximum stability for their intended use.

Ready
to use

Material supplied calibrated and cut to size, ready to be used in machining processes such as milling, or ideal for finishing directly with oiling, lacquering or varnishing.

Cost
certainty

Dimensions and quantities are adapted to the customer’s needs, minimising waste and allowing accurate calculation of material costs and processing times.

Reliable
packaging

Each panel is individually shrink-wrapped to prevent damage and deformation caused by humidity variations.
